Shipping Policy

Order / Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email, and Visage will place your order with CHIKUHODO in Japan. When CHIKUHODO has processed and shipped your order, you will be sent a second confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped.
Shipping Fee(s)
Complimentary shipping to any country is provided on orders of $90 or more.
For merchandise to be delivered to any country, excluding Japan: a $5 shipping fee will be applied to orders of $60 or more; a $10 shipping fee will be applied to orders under $60.
Shipping Service
Visage purchase orders are delivered through Express Mail Service (EMS), a secure shipping service that uses both real-time tracking technology and signature confirmation (required) to ensure safe and prompt product delivery.
All orders use standard shipping.
Estimated Delivery Date
Standard shipping orders may take 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
Due to the delicate and intricate nature of CHIKUHODO products and to the fact that each item comes directly from CHIKUHODO in Japan to the customer, the typical time frame for customers to receive an order is about 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. The breakdown of this time frame is: 2-3 weeks to process orders and about 1 week to deliver orders. While it may be possible for orders to arrive before this time frame, we cannot guarantee an earlier delivery.
Shipping Address
Confirm that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Visage is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address submissions.
Shipping Restrictions
Visage is unable to ship merchandise to Japan. Orders indicating a Japanese address will be canceled. If a payment was processed, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be issued. Customers who would like to ship an order to a Japanese address must place their order through CHIKUHODO°«s official website. Visage is unable to transfer or facilitate orders to be shipped to a Japanese address.
Custom/Duty Fees
Customers should be aware that custom fees are not associated with shipping services but, rather, with regulations determined by the receiving country.  For this reason, custom fees are outside of the purview of charges applied by our company, and, thus, are not included in our shipping charges.   Therefore, there is a possibility that custom fees may be applied to your package when it arrives to your country.  If you have questions regarding customs-related fees that may apply to your package, we recommend that you contact the customs office in your country. 
Custom Delays
The shipping time frames listed on our website anticipate the time typically required for items to be manufactured by CHIKUHODO, shipped via our shipping service, and reviewed by the customs office of the receiving country.
However, there is a possibility that packages may be delayed in customs, which could extend the delivery date beyond the time frames listed on our website.   Although such delays are not expected, when they do occur, Visage is unable to facilitate customers in obtaining their package.   If you have questions regarding customs-related delays that may apply to your package, we recommend that you contact the customs office in your country.

Return Policy

Visage is committed to offering its customers both the finest products and superior customer service. If, however, you find that you are dissatisfied with a purchase, Visage is happy to assist you in either a return or an exchange of the item(s). Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the receipt of your package. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Except in the case of damaged/defective merchandise, an additional shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.

Return / Exchange Requirements
All of the following requirements must be met in order to facilitate your return/exchange:
  • - The item(s) must have been purchased through Visage°«s online store
  • - The item(s) must be returned in their original condition
  • - The item(s) must be returned unopened in their original product packaging
  • - The item(s) must not be used or damaged
  • - The item(s) must not be engraved with personalized text
  • - A copy of your order confirmation email must be sent to
Please be advised that merchandise may not be returned/exchanged if Visage has not processed and approved a return/exchange request. Before shipping a desired return/exchange, please contact our customer care department at Attempted returns/exchanges that have not been processed and approved by Visage will not be accepted, and any additional postal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Defective / Damaged Merchandise
CHIKUHODO takes great care to safeguard against product defects, including a thorough inspection of all merchandise before shipment. However, if you are concerned that your purchased item(s) may be defective or damaged, we ask that you review the following information:
  • - Email within 30 days from the receipt of your package. Please provide a description and pictures demonstrating the defect or damage.
  • - After Visage has received your email, you will be asked to return the item(s) for verification of possible defects.
  • - Once received, the condition of the item(s) must reflect what was demonstrated in the pictures you provided.
  • - Visage will determine if the damage is due to manufacturing, shipping, or packaging error. If Visage is responsible due to any of the previously mentioned reasons, you will be given the option of either a refund or an exchange for your purchase. Visage will reimburse/cover shipping fees related to the return/exchange of your purchase.
  • - Visage does not provide discounts for defective/damaged merchandise. If purchased items are determined to be defective or damaged as previously mentioned, only a refund or exchange is offered.

Cancellation / Order Changes

If you would like to cancel your purchase, we ask that you email within 6 hours of placing your order.

If you would like to change your order by either subtracting or adding items to your original selection, we ask that you email within 6 hours of placing your order.

We are unable to process cancellations or changes submitted after 6 hours of placing an order.
